Our construction clients are "always" asking us to find them quality professional Estimators, Project Managers, Project Executives, Engineers, Superintendents, Schedulers, Project Controllers, from 5 years... all the way up to 30 years+ of experience.
Salaries are paid commensurate your experience and with the cost of living in the area where you'll work, whether it's your current city, or a new city of "your" choice.
The client pays relocation costs as well. Their most CRITICAL NEEDS are for Estimators and Project Managers first and foremost.
Even if the client does not have an opening listed in the career section of their website, it doesn't matter, as most clients "will" consider and/or hire a candidate whom they feel will be a value to their organization and will "make an opening" for that particular candidate.
The process works two ways: #1 - a construction professional presents their resume to us via email at the end of this block of text, or our website submission. We review your resume to ensure our clients will see value in this particular candidate. and that we don't waste anyone's time.
We then reach out to the candidate via email or text message. We then arrange a "best time" to interview via telephone.
Once the interview is complete, we go over the detailed plan to present the candidate to employer(s) of their choice and/or one or more of our clients who are either headquartered in the candidate's geographical area or have offices in the area of their choice.
Once the list of client companies are agreed upon with the candidate, we then revise and perfect their resume (as mentioned above) and craft a short value/bio, then present the candidate directly to the proper client executives (CEO/COO/EVP/SVP/VP) and Directors and/or Operations Managers.

A construction client executive will contact us via telephone, where we discuss in detail whom they are seeking to employ.
During the conversation we take extensive notes on what skill set they need to have, years of experience, and which geographical location they're needed.
We also discuss salary range, bonuses offered, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, vehicle and fuel allowance, health and company benefits, software program requirements, and types & sizes of projects they'll be building / managing / estimating / controlling, etc. for the new employer.
Once we find and interview the ideal candidate, and they're excitedly onboard, we then present them to the client executive (Hiring Authority) and arrange either a telephone interview(s) and/or a face to face or a live video interview(s).
